£32,500 Basic (£50,000 Uncapped OTE) Plus Laptop, Mobile, Pension Scheme
Our client is the leading provider of commercial real estate information in the US and UK. Headquartered in Washington, they also have growing European offices in the UK and Paris, France. They provide property professionals with access to the most comprehensive online databases of commercial real estate information, market intelligence and web-based marketing solutions in both the US and UK. An opportunity has now arisen for a Field Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team.

As a Field Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for prospecting, proposing, and closing sales to new and existing customers in the Greater London area.
In this key role, you will be tasked with co-ordinating sales meetings and presentations, creating and delivering customised presentations. With involvement throughout the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to managing accounts; you will act as an advocate to ensure your customers obtain the best value from our clients products.
Your other duties will include:
- Supporting customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets within your assigned territory
- Retaining and developing your existing clients in addition to bringing in new ones
- Conducting training meetings on a regular basis with your key accounts
To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record of field sales, gained within a business to business (B2B) environment.
As a Field Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager you must be self-motivated, ambitious and have a professional approach. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships is key, as are strong communication skills.
Whilst not essential, any sales experience gained within the following backgrounds would be an advantage: business information, software/internet related services, commercial property or subscription based business models.
