£16,000 (salary review after 3 months) Plus Tips, Commission, 24 Days’ Holiday and Bank Holidays, Uniform

Our client is a small, privately owned five star hotel, ideally located in the heart of Knightsbridge, London, offering fully serviced luxury apartments. An opportunity has now arisen for a Night Manager / Night Auditor to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a highly motivated candidate with strong customer service experience, looking to further their career with a leading hotel.
As a Night Manager / Night Auditor you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to all guests, from their initial inquiry to their departure.
Maintaining a professional, friendly, efficient and secure working environment, you will be tasked with general reception duties, making reservations and performing the night audit. You will ensure that every guest receives the highest level of service. You will be provided with full training.
Your other duties will include:
- Taking reservations and maintaining the database
- Responding to all telephone, written and electronic enquiries
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of all services offered in order to sell or up-sell apartments
- Monitoring guest accounts
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Significant customer service experience
- A high level of IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
As a Night Manager / Night Auditor you must be a personable and articulate communicator. An excellent attention to detail coupled with an organised, yet flexible approach is key.
Although not essential, experience gained within the hospitality industry would be highly beneficial to your application.
